You Can Still Buy a Home.
A lot of people who file taxes with an ITIN have been told homeownership isn't an option for them. That's not the full picture.
If you work in the U.S., pay your taxes, and are ready to buy a home, this program could be for you.
No SSN Required
Most mortgage programs require a Social Security Number to qualify. This one does not. If you file taxes with an ITIN, that's enough to apply.
Many Income Types Accepted
Not everyone earns a traditional salary, and this program doesn't require one. Whether you're salaried, self-employed, or run your own business, there's likely a documentation path that works. W-2s, bank statements, 1099s, and asset utilization are all accepted.
Your Rent History Matters
If you've been paying rent consistently for the past year and have a couple of active utility accounts, that can be enough to establish credit qualification. A thin credit file may not be a dealbreaker.
Condo Options Available
Some condos can't be financed through conventional programs because they don't meet standard approval requirements. This program can accept many of those properties. If you found a condo and were told financing wasn't available, it may be worth a second look.
Your Loan Stays With Us
Many of our ITIN loans are handled in-house from application to closing. That means one consistent team, clear communication throughout, and a process you can count on.
Note : Borrower qualification is required. Additional restrictions apply. First lien position only. ITIN must be assigned at least 2 years prior to application. Depending on the loan amount, additional reserves may be required. Speak with a loan officer about your specific situation. Programs, rates, terms and conditions subject to change without notice.
Fill out the form to get started. We'll walk you through your options.
